Warm Hugs are a handmade by Karan Cook.  A fabric heat pack you can heat up for soothing aching muscles or chill them to use as a cold pack.  To warm them up, you place them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.  Warm hugs are wonderful to heat up a cold hands, cold bed sheets or cold car seat.   Warm hugs can be placed in the freezer or refrigerator inside a plastic bag to chill them.  Either method can help sooth aches and pain of sore muscles. No messy cords.  There are four types available: neck warmer, body warmer, eye pillow, and (special order only) crescent shaped neck warmer.
